the resort features a lovely quiet ambiance set around a serene lake. the pool provided a refreshing retreat and the staff were genuinely helpful. i found the free shuttle service to aonang very convenient, which reduced transport concerns greatly, quiet ambiance

The breakfast included a good variety of options. The sweet smiles restaurant girl was helpful! also there was fair priced food available until late. there was a great selection of thai and western meals.

The resort provided kayaks for exploring the lake. Monkeys and monitor lizards roamed freely. guests also have access to a laundry service. this provides a different perspective than usual beach resorts. It's great fun!

The resort is situated near an elephant shelter. It's easily accessible. while slightly outside of ao nang's center, it is not a problem! a regular shuttle offers convenient transport to the beach and shops

the staff was helpful, particularly with the daily shuttles into town i appreciated that.
the monkeys were a real issue they were aggressive when i walked from my room to the pool and woke me several mornings banging on the balcony door i could not use the balcony because it was unclean.

The breakfast buffet provided a quality selection. the free shuttle ran to ao nang every couple of hours. monkeys even visited our terrace one rainy morning. It was quite magical!!!

i appreciated the free shuttle service into town. it was convenient and ran regularly throughout the day. i liked that it made accessing local attractions very easy. Also i found the staff helpful, especially with an issue i had at a previous hotel. The pool was great, with plenty of space to relax.
the breakfast wasn't the BEST i've had at similar hotels. the options were limited.

The location was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed waking up and seeing monkeys outside my window each morning, so I secured my belongings. The villa is beautiful. It has a nice pool perfect.
there was some maintenance. The restaurant had constant maintenance done, so it was loud. I couldn't appreciate sounds of nature.
